Full Name:: Robin Rabiroff
Narrative:: Willamette River above the falls has been running high and is dropping. There is an 85% chance on Friday, but if the trend remains as it is we should have good conditions for some great play and practice in moderate current and some moving water. If conditions change or appear to be above the level of the trip, i will cancel or we can discuss an alternate paddle.
