With the completion of the fabulous summer of 2025 Events it's time to start thinking about 2026 Multi-day Events! Campsite reservations often need to be made a year in advance and thus.......
Following is a survey link as well as dates and zoom links for two engaging meetings to get the kayak rolling (figuratively - at least at the zoom meetings.)

No worries, there are questions for you too - what is important for you to include in OOPS events, how you can assist with an event..... So go ahead and fill out as much of the survey as you can! And join in the zoom calls listed below.
Tuesday Sept 23, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm - An interactive brainstorming meeting on possible locations and also information on what it takes to staff an event (Event Manager, Trips Admiral and Assistant Event Manager/Concierge roles). "Did you know Ginger? Volunteer staff attend the event for free!"

Then on Wednesday, October 22nd, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm - We'll bring back our research on the possible locations to determine the specific where, when and who for 4-5 events.
Looking forward to meeting with you whether you are a brand new paddler or someone who has led a hundred trips.
