It’s time for our 2nd zoom meeting for planning 2025 Multi-day Events! Below is the zoom link. We had 12 or so folks at our 1st meeting and made fine progress, but welcome your input and participation. Volunteers are still needed for several positions (Event Managers and Trips Admirals). We have several folks who volunteered for the Concierge/Assistant Manager positions.
Registration not required, but it helps to know how to adjust the meeting.

Here’s the agenda
Goals of Meeting:
1. Recap of 1st meeting (for new folks joining the planning session)
2. Discuss research findings for the 5/6 locations in breakout rooms
3. Present findings (using Jamboard)
4. Decide on dates for the locations we have sufficient info on.
5. Nail down volunteer staff
Working Agreements:

7:05 pm - In the chat, list something you discovered about yourself on a recent paddle/outing.
7:10 pm - Recap of previous meeting for new folks
Show jamboard of considered locations and jamboard of winnowed down choices.
7:15 pm - Break out rooms, one for each of the selected locations. “Lead” folks please choose the location you did the most research on. Everyone else, please choose a location that is most interesting to you.

Use Jamboard tool to post campground, paddle options, best timing/weekend.
8:15 pm - Start to plot calendar dates and staff.
