With registration coming up this month for our 1st 2024 Multi-day Event (Lake Billy Chinook), crazy as it seems, it's time to start thinking about 2025 Multi-day Events! Campsite reservations often need to be made a year in advance and thus....... 


Your fabulous Events Director (with help from your fabulous Education Director) has planned two engaging meetings via zoom to get the train/kayak/bicycle rolling. 

February 19th, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm - An interactive brainstorming meeting on possible locations and also information on what it takes to staff an event (Event Manager, Trips Admiral and Assistant Event Manager/Concierge roles). Did you know Ginger - volunteer staff attend the event for free! Start thinking of a buddy or two with whom you'd like to staff an event.

Then on March 19th, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm - We'll bring back our research on the possible locations to determine the specific where, when and who for 4-5 events.
