Paddle a round trip on the Willamette River from the boat ramp at Cathedral Park (St. Johns) to our lunch spot at Kelley Point Park.

The trip will be at about a 2.5 mph pace as we view the wildlife and industrial developments on the lower section of the Willamette river. Be prepared for some history lessons along the way. The trip will be about 12 miles in length.

Arrival

Arrive early enough (9 AM at the latest) to be ready for a shore talk at 9:45 AM and to launch at 10 AM. Our return will be about 4 PM. There are restrooms at both parks. Please do not bring any valuables and leave them in your car. This park is relatively safe but do not take chances.

Drysuits are required (it is still winter).

This trip is limited to members.  To successfully register you will need to sign into your OOPS member account, and your account will need to be a member of the "Wet Exit Certified" group
