Narrative: It's February and time to paddle. The water is dropping, and the winter is weakening its grip on our kayaks This Saturday looks like a good day to paddle. We will meet at the Sauvie Island Boat Ramp and paddle over to Kelley Point Park. This is about 12 miles round trip. The group will pass by the house boats on the Multnomah channel. Then we will go by some of the ships loading freight out on the Willamette before landing on the shore of Kelley Point Park for lunch.
Sauvie Island Boat ramp has a toilet and free parking. Parking is on the shoulder of the road.
