Activity Title: Afterwork Practice L2, 7-27-22 Date of Activity: 7/27/2022 Narrative: After work we will meet at the Sportcraft Landing in Oregon City. We can paddle across the Willamette River over to a beach and practice self rescues and assisted rescues. We will also work on bracing. If you are working on a roll, we can spot each other. After we get good and comfortable outside our boats we can paddle up to the falls. We can practice crossing eddy lines and rescues in fast water if you feel up to it. Come ready to get out of your boat and get wet. It will be about playing in the water and cooling off. Bring a helmet noser plugs or swim mask, If you have a tow rope bring it. We will be done before it gets dark.
