Narrative: Meet at the Oregon City Pool to practice rescues, rolling, bracing, sculling whatever skill you need to work on. No cold deep water to hold you back. Bring your boat and gear no dry suit required. You may want nose plugs and or a swim mask. I recommend that you wear a helmet especially if you plan on rolling.
