Activity Title: Group Dynamics Class--maintain an effective pod

Narrative: OOPS trips are group trips. Practice skills which promote safer and more successful trips for all participants while paddling at the Cedaroak lagoon and upstream of it. Please bring a tow belt if you have one. We will also work on two sculling strokes. There will be optional self- and assisted-rescue practice at the end of the class. We'll take a short snack and bio-break, but we should be done by noon or 12:30, so there will be no lunch break. Note: this is not at rescue class.
