Narrative:
This will be a fun Thursday evening trip from Willamette Park in Portland (the Willamette park off of Macadam in the SW waterfront). We will be paddling around Ross Island and the surrounding area until we feel like stopping or it gets dark. Bring a light to use on the water or while loading up at the takeout. The weather looks pretty good and I promise I can tell a bad joke or two, so it should be a splendid time. Fleece top or hydroskin with a splash jacket, at minimum.
