Activity Title: Class: Forward stroke/directional control
Date of Activity:  11/1/2017
Narrative: Improve your forward stroke and directional control strokes! This class will start with the basics and go ever not just the "how", but also the "why" to give you a better concept of what's going on in the water with your paddle that causes you to move, and how to do so in the most efficient manner. This class is based on the concept of all paddle strokes being based on an integrated system that starts with torso rotation, and we will describe and demonstrate how, based on this integrated system, that you can move from one stroke or maneuver to another without having to "think ahead" about what you should be doing.
We will go over both Euro and Greenland style paddles and teach for the use of both styles of paddle.
