This trip is limited to members with a wet exit certification (except for level 1 trips when the paddler is not using a spray skirt).  To successfully register you will need to sign into your OOPS member account, and your account will need to be a member of the "Wet Exit Certified" group.

Narrative: This paddle is for folks going on the Hammersly Inlet paddle and camping on Hope Island.

We will launch from Hope Island and circumnavigate Squaxin Island in the dark. Paddlers will need (1) a waterproof headlamp or flashlight; (2) two glow sticks, one blue and one yellow, and (3) a means of attaching 1 glow stick to top of the paddler’s hat or helmet and a means of attaching other glow stick to the bow of paddler’s kayak.
