Narrative: Learn how to make your kayak go where you want it to go (AKA boat control) when it is windy and wavy.

We'll need some wind (but not too much) to really learn and practice. If there is no wind, we'll go on a short paddle; if there is too much wind, we'll go on a short paddle -- just in a more protected area.

Bring a tow belt if you have one; bring a little extra water -- we probably won't have easy access to the beach. (we'll want to play well outside the shipping channel
