Welcome to our website!

Centered in Portland, Oregon, the 450+ members of the Oregon Ocean Paddling Society (OOPS) engage in a rich variety of sea kayak activities. Don't let the club's name fool you as members participate in flat-water, as well as ocean and surf zone paddles. We are an active club with members of all ages and skill levels. Members participate in paddling trips, educational activities and social events each month.
