Club policies, trip leadership and organization.  

You have a choice of format in downloading OOPS documents:

• DOC format - Electronic Form. This is a Microsoft Word form which can be quickly filled in electronically (or printed). To use you must have Word on your computer. Right click on the doc link below, select "Save target as" to save a copy to your local hard drive. Then fill out the form, save and email (or print).
  
  
• RTF format - Printable Form. Can be opened with most all word processors (Rich Text Format).
  
  
• PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format - Printable Form. It will allow you to view and print the forms regardless of the type of computer, word processor or printer you have. Your computer may already be able to read files in PDF format, so first try downloading one of the pdf forms below and see if it automatically opens. If not, you can freely download Adobe Acrobat. Click RTF, PDF or DOC to select the download format you want. To save any of the following to your computer, right mouse click the rtf, pdf or doc link in the table below and then click on "Save Target As".
